This is working very well for my shoulder and shoulder blade stiffness. Serrapeptase has notable anti-inflammatory and fibrinolytic properties, helping reduce scar tissue and improve healing. I take it at night on an empty stomach, and within a few months, the stiffness in my shoulder blade has nearly gone.
